Cancellations, Appointments Times & Fees
If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and you can avoid a charge. If you do not attend the appointment or if you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the equivalent of the full fee of your appointment and any pre-payments are forfeit.
If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your therapist might not be able to see you.
Appointment times are at the practitioners discretion. Appointment times are a approximate time & the practitioner can finish early if deemed necessary.
The fee for the session is a consultancy fee therefore payment is not for a specific time or treatment length.
Refunds
We offer full refunds to clients that have made pre-payments, except where this breaches our cancellation policy.
All refunds must be requested in writing via email. Please email danny.mace@ymail.com to request a refund. Once a request has been received and acknowledged we will process your refund within 5 working days.
